Encouraging the exchange of scientists and engineers between different countries and sponsoring meetings for scientific and technical matters.

Fostering engineering education and training and sponsoring meetings devoted to scientific and technical matters.

Fostering and coordinating activities and encourage the formation of new nuclear organizations in places where no such organizations yet exist.
